I lead small balance loan origination for CBRE Northern California's Multifamily Debt & Structured Finance team, advising owners and investors on agency, bank, life company and bridge debt for smaller multifamily properties across the Bay Area.

A Northern Californian for as long as I can remember, I studied at UC Davis and have spent my career in Bay Area real estate finance. I know these submarkets, their owners, and the lenders who compete for them.
